All products are held in stock and ready for quick dispatch. We have daily collections (Mon - Fri) by Royal Mail and Parcelforce and your order will be dispatched by either First Class Recorded or Parcelforce 24 depending on the size and weight. We only dispatch Mon - Fri. We aim to dispatch all orders the same or next working day. Standard delivery usually takes 1 -2 days from dispatch. Express delivery orders are always given priority and are dispatched the same day (Mon - Fri) whenever possible. Express delivery is available throughout mainland UK at the cost of £9.95 per order. If you choose this option your order will be sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Express Courier service.
Express orders received before 10.00 am Monday – Thursday will be dispatched the same day for following day delivery**. If your order is placed after 10.00am we will do our best to dispatch the same day but cannot guarantee it.
If you order before 10.00 am on a Friday we will dispatch same day but cannot guarantee weekend delivery and your order may not arrive until Monday.
Likewise if you order after 10.00 am on a Friday your order may not be dispatched until Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
**Please note that express delivery to the areas of Scotland listed below may take 2 days to arrive from dispatch.

£7.95 – courier delivery between 6.00pm – 9.30pm
This may be useful to customers who cannot guarantee being available for daytime deliveries. If it is successful we may expand it to other areas in the future.
If you live in the LA1, LA3 or LA4 postcode area you will be given the option of selecting evening delivery during the checkout process.
If you use this service your parcel will be delivered to you by local courier between 6pm and 9.30pm either on the day you make your order or the evening after that (excludes bank holidays and weekends).
If you are out when your parcel is delivered Royal Mail or the Delivery Courier will leave you a card showing that they have attempted to deliver your parcel and take your parcel to their local depot.
The card will provide details of how to arrange re-delivery of your parcel or for you to collect the parcel from the local depot.
Please note that if your order is returned to us by Royal Mail or the Courier as a result of your failure to rearrange delivery or failure to collect the item, you will be charged a further post cost if you wish us to resend the parcel.
If you wish to cancel the order we will issue a refund minus the delivery cost.

If you live locally you can collect your order from our Unit at White Cross. Our opening hours for collections are Monday - Friday mornings 10am – 1pm. (excluding Bank Holiday Weekends). To do this please select the “Will Collect” option at checkout. and make sure you bring some form of name and address identification when you collect your parcel.
Orders made anytime up to 9.30pm will be available for collection the morning after they are placed, subject to the above opening hours. If you would like to collect outside of these hours or require an order urgently then please contact us on 01524 35255 and we will do our best to help you.
Please note we do not do direct sales from our Unit – all orders and payments must be made through our website.
If we in anyway suspect that an order may have been placed using a stolen/lost credit/debit card we will not Sat the goods but will notify the appropriate authorities and cancel the order.
