Placing an order

Placing an order with us is easy. Simply browse the products and click on ‘add to cart’ for any products that you wish to purchase. Don’t worry if you make a mistake or want to alter or remove some of the contents of your shopping cart – you can visit your cart and review and update its contents as often as you like by clicking on ‘shopping cart’ on the top right hand side of the home page.

When you have finished shopping and are ready to make payment simply follow the quick and easy checkout procedure.

The first time you shop with us you will be required to pick and enter a password during checkout. This will enable you to log in next time you visit us and allow you to manage your addresses, track the status of current orders and view past ones.

Hooray for Toys take your privacy and security very seriously. We are a responsible site and will treat your personal information as confidential and will only use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order and, if you have agreed, to keep you informed of our Special Offers.

Please make sure you enter your address details correctly and that they match the billing address of your payment card.

Please also provide a valid email address and contact number in case we need to contact you regarding your order. If we need to contact you and are unable to do so then regrettably we will have to cancel your order and refund any money paid.

Prior to confirming your order you will be given the delivery options relevant to your order (see Delivery for all prices). Simply select your chosen delivery option, confirm your order and proceed to payment.

Please note that for security reasons we will only post an order to an alternative delivery address following a successful order to the card holders billing address.

Making Payment

We take security very seriously, which is why we have chosen to use online credit card processing facilities provided by Sage Pay (formerly Protx).

Sage Pay have become the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK. They use a range of industry standard and unique security and fraud prevention systems. The Sage Pay network uses 2048-bit encryption with full 128-bit encryption between the browser and the Sage Pay network. Sage Pay systems are regularly inspected by the major banks to ensure that system and security are maintained to the highest standards.
