The products on our website are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%.  We are also registered for TVA in France and orders to France will have the 20% VAT rate reduced to 19.6% TVA during checkout.

Shipping to France is calculated by weight.   To obtain a quote please add the relevant product/s to your basket and then ‘view basket’.  You can then enter your country, state and zip code to view the shipping options for your order.
The maximum shipping charge to France is £12.99 for unlimited items sent by GLS Express Courier (2-3 days)

In order to be able to track the status of your order and view your tracking number you need to register an account with us.  If you check out as a guest this option is not available.  However  you will still be sent an email confirming dispatch.

USA & Canada

Shipping costs to the USA & Canada are calculated by weight.  To obtain a quote please add the relevant product/s to your basket and then ‘view basket’.  You can then enter your country, state and zip code to view the shipping options for your order.

Tips
1.    Our prices are weight banded so you may be able to add extra products to your basket and remain in the same weight band so feel free to add & remove items to your basket to get the best deal you can for your money.

We offer 3 shipping services to Canada & the USA

Standard Airmail - 2 – 4 weeks 

 Standard Airmail is available for smaller orders.   It is not tracked but is reliable for most of the year with the exception of November & December (in our opinion) when the busy Christmas period can cause long delays.  We therefore remove this option for November & December.  Orders sent by this method may be subject to a customs charge on receipt to be paid by the customer.

Royal Mail Airsure

This is a recorded and faster method of Airmail for smaller orders and they usually arrive in a week (up to 2 weeks at peak periods).   Orders sent by this method may be subject to a customs charge on delivery to be paid by the customer.

Fedex International Priority

We use Fedex  for large orders and also offer it as an Express service on all orders. It is a very fast tracked service from the UK and orders are usually delivered just  2 working days after dispatch.  We send all Fedex orders as ‘Delivered Duty Paid’ – this means you should not be charged import customs tax as it has been already  been covered at our end.

4.    Fedex prices are accurate for most of our USA & Canada orders.  Occasionally the actual cost of shipping may be higher than that quoted (ie to remote areas).  In this instance we will contact you as quickly as possible to advise you that we require a further payment prior to dispatching your order.  You will have the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.
