Cancellation before dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order and inform us prior to us dispatching it we will issue you with a full refund within 14 days of informing us. Cancellation after dispatch. You are entitled to cancel your order for up to 7 days after receiving it. If having received your order you decide you wish to cancel it (or return unwanted items) you must inform us by email at sales@hoorayfortoys.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 7 days (from informing us) to return the items for a refund. Items must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. We will then issue a refund minus delivery charges within 14 days of receiving the return. Please include the sales invoice in your parcel and post it to our returns address below. Damaged/Faulty Items If you receive a faulty/damaged item please notify us as soon as possible (and no later than 7 days after receiving your order) at sales@hoorayfortoys.co.uk quoting your order number and details of the fault. You should then return the item/s to us within the next 7 days for a full refund or replacement. We will do our best to quickly sort out your problem but please note we are unable to issue any replacements or refunds until the original item has been returned to us for inspection (as required by our manufacturers) at the following address.
